Awful!!!
Purchased several group on offers. All ordered in time for xmas presents. Calendar never turned up, neither did the photo book. Ordered 2 mugs, only one arrived. Software not compatible with mobile devices or internet explorer (which most people have!!). Customer service line has been blocked and emails not replied too! Over £25 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. ANNOYED!!!
