Buyer beware! - Printer pix photo book

First time ever buying a groupon coupon and should have known it was too good to be true. This purchase was a photobook for a friends wedding guest book and turned out to be a NIGHTMARE! Their are two types of customers, those who get terrible service, compliance and comeback and those who say nothing at all and never return. Buyer beware, don't put yourself in this situation. From day one the website was not working, would load my templates, then a week later when I did get a step into the process, then it wouldn't load my pictures, then a week later when I was finally able to create my book, then it tells me it's going to take 21 days to receive my book! Two weeks in, I. Receive notice that my book is "in the air and on it's way" and also stated it was 100% only to find out three days later that I went back to 80%. After being on hold from the call center (customer service, which btw is only opened M -F during the day, which we all know we have time to create photo books at work!) for 27 minute, a so called customer service agent (who huffed at me on the phone) informs me that the book left the center that day via UPS and then the USP. Make sense to you? I asked her to clarify and she told me that they ship UPS. (Brown truck) to my local USP (letter carrier) to then deliver my merchandise to me. nonce then, I have been tracking the book to three places in Florida, which has still not left the state! I ordered the item on June 21 and will not receive until "projected date of July 10th, so when they say 21 days they mean it! Not sure what the quality will be but The bride and groom will now be getting their guest book 5 days past their wedding. Luckily, good olde Walgreens photo pulled us out in a pinch and had a replacement in LESS than 24 hours! his is just the first of many reviews I will be writing to ensure buyers are clear what they are getting themselves into before they spend their hard earned money and this company.
