Since 2007 I have purchased 5 personalised calendars for my son to give to his grandparents and uncles. This year I trusted PrinterPricks to supply this service. December 2016 I spent a considerable amount of time creating 5 calendars. They arrived within a week. However 5 pages were totally black and even had the date section missing (which clearly show it's their printing error). I contacted the UK number provided as I needed these sorting asap as they were my sons gifts. Having spent 43 minutes on hold, I gave up and eventually managed to get through to someone on webchat who was useless and basically gave me the customer service email address. I emailed these my problems and sent pictures to confirm. Eventually after about a week someone called SUNNY R came back to me and promised to sort it out. Eventually another package arrived. Only this time there was 1 x calendar not 5 as initially ordered and most importantly they had Exactly the same problem!!!!! I once again contacted SUNNY R every day for nearly a week. To No Avail. Then I placed a review on Facebook and EVENTUALLY the social interaction team came back to me. Christmas by this time has gone and my son was upset he had no gifts to give out. Further conversations with the internet team said they would sort this out and would compensate me for my time and phone call. They then passed me to a chap called AUSTIN R who immediately could see that SUNNY R was hopeless and that I had been given lots of incorrect information. He said he would sort it out and offerred me a photo book or canvas for my time. However he wanted me to re do my order on a PC which I do not have and additionally my mother in law had now passed away so I had the stress of this. My son was really upset by this and that she hadn't seen his calendar. I told Austin R I couldn't do it on a pc and asked him if i sent pictures to him would he be able to do it but this was not acceptable. So I asked for a refund. 3 weeks later, My mum had now died and im still being fobbed off. AUSTIN R told me on 2nd feb a refund had been processed and it would take 5 -10 days to go through. 25 days later and guess what still nothing, so a further email to Austin R, resulted in received a paypal notification that printerprix had refunded me £3.99 which was only the postage paid! Bloody joke. I have now sent a further email. I have asked for management details and have been ignored. I have spoken to a solicitor and have been advised to go to small claims court which I am doing so. Both my mum and mother in law would have loved these calendars, as they have done every year for the last 8 years since he was born.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. I can't mention this enough. I feel let down and clearly they have not provided a service or product...I have consumer rights....
Looking through my email history (as Ive kept everything) shows in excess of 50 emails to and from..... to sort out 5 calendars or a refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY. NEXT YEAR I'LL GO BACK TO VISTAPRINT, TESCO or even EBAY as NO ONE COULD BE ANY WORSE.
