I ordered 2 of these from Groupon. What a horrible experience.
The first slate photo I ordered was such poor quality, I figured it was the photo I sent in. The second one I ordered, I used my professional Nikon camera & the photo had brilliant colors. When I finally received my slate photo, the quality was so poor, the kids look like ghosts. I've sent emails to Printerpix for a week & FINALLY got a response today that said I could have returned it, but my time has run out.
Shame on this company for their poor quality of product and shame on them even more for their crappy customer service. I purchased them on Groupon & spent decent money on the shipping once I placed the order. These were Christmas gifts that are now going in the trashcan.
New customers, beware.
